At Xtouch Incorporated I, Omar Khan, serve as a mobile application developer. For my work term at XTouch I am responsible for three aspects in development: study, design, and implementation.
Study
In the first aspect of the job - study - I must develop proficiency in the Objective C programming language. Having previous experience programming in C, python, java, and C++, this job becomes a simple task. In the first few weeks of work, I am given assignments to work on using multiple frameworks including cocos2D and spritekit. Using these, I have developed simple games.

Design
The second aspect or job that I am required to do for XTouch is design work. I must come up with multiple design solutions that make use of the Xtouch SDK (Software Development Kit). The Xtouch SDK enables the technology patented by the corporation to be used by third party applications - similar to the one I would develop. The technology enables any surface on which the device is located, to become tap sensitive. This could mean that desks, tables, and any other surface would act as a secondary touch screen for the device. For this design aspect, I must diverge multiple ideas for their implementation.
